Preparation of a National Strategy and Action Plan for Management and Development of the Water Sector in the Republic of Bulgaria

The main activities, which will be executed within the framework of the project, are as follows:

• Preparation of a National Strategy for Management and Development of the Water Sector in Bulgaria in compliance with art. 151 of the Water Law;
• Development of a National Action Plan for the National Strategy for Management and Development of the Water Sector from a short-, medium- and long-term perspective;
• Formulation for recommendations about changes in the legislation, which regulates the management and development of the water sector in the country.
