Technical Assistance Provision for Project “Preparation of Investment Project for Closure and Rehabilitation of Household Landfill – Dolni Bogrov”
The main objective of the
project is provision of technical assistance to Sofia municipality during the
application for funding of an investment project for rehabilitation of the household
waste landfill in Dolni Bogrov village under Priority Axis 2 of Operational Program “Environment 2007-2013”,
which will, in turn, support the financing and implementation of the
infrastructural investment project.

The following main activities have been implemented within the framework of the project:

- Review
and update of the existing working design, including the quantitative calculations,
for closure and rehabilitation of the household landfill in Dolni Bogrov
village;
- Elaboration
of the necessary financial and economic analyses (cost-benefit analysis,
sensitivity analysis, risk and affordability analyses);
- Elaboration
of the necessary documentations for conducting tender procedures under the
Public Procurement Act for selection of contractors;
- Elaboration
of the tender documentation (for construction, construction supervision,
audit, information and publicity);
- Elaboration
of an Application Form for grant financing of the future investment
project under Priority Axis 2 of OP “Environment 2007-2013”;
- Establishment
and maintenance of a database with the financial and economic information,
collected for the purposes of implementation of the project.
