Club “Economika 2000” has been pursuing energetic action in the field of environmental management and protection. The Club has participated in the implementation of projects for the elaboration of strategy documents in sector; management and financing of activities of waste water treatment, ambient air quality management, climate change, water resources management and others; elaboration of legal sectoral docuemnts (waste and water management, and others); elaboration of legislative frameworks and the guidelines for operation of institutions such as as the National Trust Eco-Fund. One of the main priorities of Club “Economika 2000” is the popularization of the concept of sustainable development.
